As our services focus on healthcare, we hold sensitive information about you but are committed to providing you with reassurance regarding how we protect your privacy. This page outlines how we  collect, use, disclose and manage your personal information.​

Personal information

When making an enquiry using our contact form on our website, or booking an appointment on our online booking system, we ask you to provide us with your full name, email address and phone number. This is used solely to identify and/or contact you so we can arrange an appointment for you and so we know who is coming.

If we have received a referral from a consultant, we may keep clinic letters, reports from investigations or encrypted emails on file. We will not pass this information to any other third-party individual or organisation without your consent to do so.

We will also keep our own treatment notes about your sessions with us and what you have done in them.

Database-logged Information is hosted on UK Servers. The information that we will have access to includes:
The IP Address of your computer
The Address of your web hosting provider
The date of your visit
The time of your visit
The title of the pages you have viewed

3rd Parties

We use TM3 as a practice management system and booking system to help with appointment booking, diary management, appointment scheduling and invoicing. TM3 acts as a data processor. Their privacy policy can be found on their website (​

Google collects information through our use of Google Analytics on our website. Google uses this information, including IP addresses and information from cookies, for a number of purposes, such as improving its Google Analytics service. Information is shared with Google on an aggregated and anonymised basis.
