Over the past 14 years she has undertaken roles in world class institutions such as the Harefield and The Royal Brompton Hospitals where she gained valuable experience in complex causes of breathlessness, complex airway clearance and the long-term management of chronic respiratory conditions. She has also worked at specialist level at St Thomas’ Hospital furthering her skills in acute cardio-respiratory physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and cardiac rehabilitation.

Karen has been working for Air Physiotherapy for 4 years and sees a large proportion of patients with breathing pattern disorders and chronic respiratory or cardiac disease. More recently she has been treating patients with long-covid, chronic fatigue syndrome and autonomic dysfunction.

Karen runs several face-to-face and virtual clinics each week. She is based at our clinic in Marylebone.
