QUALIFICATIONS: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MCSP, MACPRC
“I’m a highly specialised respiratory physiotherapist with over 17 years of experience, having worked at King’s College Hospital, St George’s, and St Barts in London. My clinical focus is on managing chronic respiratory conditions, with particular interest in bronchiectasis, COPD, breathing pattern disorders, airway clearance techniques, and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).
I hold a Master’s in Healthcare Research Skills and Methods, with my research centred on improving inclusivity in studies involving patients with chronic respiratory conditions. I’m passionate about holistic, evidence-based care and always stay up to date with the latest research and clinical guidelines to support the best possible outcomes for my patients.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals with complex respiratory and autonomic challenges and have presented my work at both national and international conferences. I’m fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, and deeply committed to delivering accessible, inclusive care to diverse communities. I’m also an avid reader and a lifelong learner, always seeking opportunities to grow both professionally and personally”.
Shehnaz is based in clinic at our Marylebone location.
